Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Customer" means an individual who uses or accesses the Coral Casino services; "Services" means any service provided by Coral Casino to its Customers, whether free or paid for.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the Services, each Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If a Customer does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they must cease use of the Services immediately.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Customers under this age may only use the Services with parental consent.

USE OF SERVICES

Customers shall use the Services in accordance with their intended purpose and not attempt to access or manipulate any data that is restricted from them by Coral Casino.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CURRENCY

All payments for Services will be made in euros (€). Customers are responsible for paying all charges associated with using the Services, including any applicable taxes.

BILLING INFORMATION

Coral Casino shall be entitled to bill its Customers at regular intervals as may be agreed or notified from time to time. The Customer's billing address will be determined by Coral Casino and communicated to them prior to charging.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

The Services are subject to the relevant Irish laws, including but not limited to consumer protection legislation, data protection regulations (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation), and any other applicable laws and regulations in Ireland or European Union which may be amended from time to time.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Coral Casino will comply with all applicable data protection law when collecting, storing, processing and transferring Customer information. The Customer shall provide accurate personal details and shall maintain them up to date at all times.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT CREATED OR UPLOADED BY CUSTOMER

Customers are solely responsible for any content created or uploaded using the Services, including but not limited to images, text messages, emails, instant messaging etc., as Coral Casino does not control this information.

TERMINATION

Coral Casino may at its sole discretion suspend or terminate a Customer's access to any of the Services without notice if the Customer breaches these Terms and Conditions in any way.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts and hereby irrevocably agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation non-contractual obligations) will be determined by way of binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Coral Casino reserves the right, at its discretion, from time to time to change these Terms and Conditions. Customers agree that any changes shall take effect immediately upon notification being given of such change through a posting on Coral Casino's website or otherwise as may be deemed necessary by Coral Casino.
